[re: v1] | Cool, He hasn't posted the rules yet, but what you do is you make a box to the gidlines he puts and if it's good enough, you'll get through to the next round and have diffrent criteria etc, etc until there's a winner. [re: v1] | I have photoshop elements 7 and all i did was click on the image, Enchance Image>Change Colour then change the hue/saturation/lighting to make the colour on selcted areas chnge to that colour. If you dont understand, type it into google or whatever and search for a tutorial. |

Comments are meant to provide the author with feedback on their work. Constructive criticism is the rule! If you merely say "this sucks!" or attack the author, your comment will be deleted and you will be banned if continued. Do not bump your own box, and do not beg for comments and favorites.
You must make an effort to spell correctly and use proper grammar. If you can't be bothered to post coherently and spell out "you" instead of "u" (as an example), don't bother posting at all.
