Where can I get the alternate West Wing theme song?

There is a song that plays at the end of every The West Wing episode during the credits, and it is a

sort-of upbeat violin song, and I would like to know what the title is, and if I can get in

on iTunes or another music site. I presume it is performed by H.G. "Snuffy" Walden, because

he did all the other scoring.
