For a first box it is certainly not bad. Try using the official logo or blending your own one in a bit.

ESRB, Infinity Ward and Activision logo are all way too small, and what is with the black bar on the bottom?

Props to you for using NTSC/PAL logo (lots of noobs forget to use it.. I did a couple of times myself).

All-over for a first box definitely 5/5, you've put some work into it and it's not just a wallpaper.

But, yes its nice for a first. #2 is right.

#4, you don't do it on Paint its called Paint.NET, or if you can afford it Photoshop.
