[re: v1] | an easy way to overcome cutting is by cutting out the logo the best you can, and then duplicate that image in a different layer and add a glow effect to the layer behind, until it looks good,link try it. I use paint.net but photoshop is very similar. welcome Edited @ 4:03PM 06/26/08 |

[re: v1] | welcome, being a jackass about anything aint gona fix shit but CONSTRUCTIVE critisism will! soo here i go: i see where you're goin with this box and I like it, u got the creativity HOWEVER your execution is flawed (no offence) if you dont wana pay for a photo editor just get gimp, a free photoshop clone. now that u have acess to the tools just master your skill, for example, to cut out the logo use the magic wand and tinker with the settings to get a decent cut out, but if you want reely gud results for those tricky edges u want to go read some tutorials on the net on how to cut out HUMAN hair, which is tricky but not impossible. wen thats done u can do pretty much anything. keep working at it! if i can teach my self around photoshop with just google anyone can! and remeber once u start building skill u realize all the shit they do in magazines such as vogue and stuff is quite easy! boob-job, nose-job makeup, it all can be done with practice. PRACTICE, PRACTICE , PRACTICE, I CANNOT EMPHASIZE THIS MORE!! @#3 it may be a shitty box (no offence) but it sure as hell is not effortless, so y dont u pick on someone dats upto par with your "expectations"? [re: v1] | @#11 dont use those, they're trash, i tried em all and got absolutely shit results, the best thing is (if you dont wana cut it out) find what you would call a "game render" tahts an image or graphic that's backgroundless, cant remember if im allowed to post links in the comments so i'll play it safe and tell u to google " planet renders " sign up (it's free of course) then search for any old kingdom hearts logo (preferably the first one cause it's simply called "kingdom hearts"), change the tint in photoshop/gimp, then for the text try and find a font that exactly or closely matches the one used in the lettering for "birth by sleep" add an outer glow and you should be good to go! |
