I was thinking of doing something similar myself, as I recently discovered Gurren Lagann, and I gotta say it's one of my current all time favorite series. My favorite part of this box is the "Yours will be the drill that will break through the HEAVENS!" side, with the drill forming the screenshots. Great work. |

If you're going to stick with the non-grungy look, try to break up the gray with something like schematic layouts of gunmen or some technological background, like a hexagon pattern or something similar. Okay, I entered a competition to make an anime box set, and if you know me, I obviously chose Gurren Lagann. Little hard to explain, the big box, holds the little two boxes, and the two boxes, hold all the dvd's, mkay? You also get a little drill shaped USB Flash drive. So yeah, I tried to go for a simple, yet stylish theme, and I'd say I did that.
View in full, and hopefully this won't get overlooked...
