[re: v1] | #1, I appreciate that. Once again, this was created to do something completely different. It's more of an underdog approach to creating cover art, no game that's coming out in a few weeks, a game that was released more than fifteen years ago. It's one of my favorite fighting games of all time. I used a PlayStation 2 template because I couldn't find a HI-RES Genesis template, I just took off the "2" everywhere and just put it on PlayStation. But then again PlayStation only received the Japaneses port of the game, but I couldn't find a Japanese PlayStation template. I actually created the logo myself, because the ones I found were too low in quality, You'll also have to excuse the renders because they are 16-bit, so they are going to be slightly low in quality by default. |
[re: v1] | I can't help but simply say something obligatory for MK... Outstanding! Many fond memories with this game. The whole composition is excellent, you could only contemplate using some "screen" filter effect like scanlines etc on the front, as the characters are from in-game stills of the arcade. Still, excellent. Also, I have to applaud you for going the "underdog" route. Sometimes it's boring to see the 100th Assassin's Creed 2/Metal Gear 5 cover. Edited @ 10:22AM 06/05/09 |
