#13, Don't pull that first box shit. Its not an excuse.
Also, I don't like it either. The BoS soldier is not the main focus of the box, the logo is ridiculously out of place, the explosion looks poorly rendered, and really out of place. Yes I know, a nuclear fallout is when a bomb is dropped, I get that. But the bomb was dropped WAY before any of the characters portrayed on the box were around. Oh and the template looks like crap.
tl;dr Randomly scattered, out of place, and or poorly rendered renders.
#20, I don't know if you know this but Photoshop is extremely difficult to use. My first graphics in Photoshop were atrocious so, as the person above me said, that's basically irrelevat.
I really like this. If it is at all possible, could you move the Fallout logo to the empty space in the bottom right corner? I think it's personally look much better.
I used Photoshop, as I said...not much to work with in terms of material related to the first Fallout. So I made due with what I could, also I'm currently reworking this.
#23, But its not an issue with the program itself in this case. Its an issue with layout, rendering issues, and design. He clearly has a good understanding of the program, but hes design is flawed.
#26, So why weren't you just nice in your first post like you were in that post? Instead of insulting him, the latter part of that comment was all that was needed.
This is my 1st box, I hope you enjoy it! I'll be posting a Resident Evil parody soon, so watch for it!

First box, yes...first time in Photoshop...definitely not.
Fantastic box, though. But I think that the Fallout logo should be brought down a bit.

I don't really like it. The logo is placed strangely and the actual box itself looks like a mash-up of just pictures. o.O

^ Ignore him. ^
He does that to all new artists. Just ignore him and he'll go away.
[ Reply ]
#15, So your telling him to ignore perfectly good critique.
Yeah that'll totally help him improve.
[ Reply ]
#16, You're not helping, you're being an ass. Look at my comment. THAT'S critiquing. Now look at YOUR comment. See the difference?

#17, You're gonna have to learn someday that not everyones nice. Suck it up.

#18, I wouldn't be talking. Your first box isn't nearly as good as this.
[ Reply ]
#19 Well no shit. Your comparing a paint box to a photoshop box.
That doesn't suddenly mean the quality of this box is any good.
[ Reply ]
#16, That's not a good critique, that's you being a prick when in reality, you should be one of the last people talking.

#20, The program he's using is irrelevant. Because he's using Photoshop doesn't mean he's going to make an amazing box.

Updated
I feel bad not being able to create the main artwork myself, but I had to do extensive modifications to the template and render new logos.

Now THIS, I like.
Looks a lot better, a lot cleaner, a lot more organized.

It's just artwork slaped with a logo.

#30, Oh it is? Hadn't seen this artwork before.
Well in that case, its still terrible then.

#33, Everyone on the WIP thread liked the artwork...so I went with it.
Also stop commenting if you don't like it.

meh, V1 was better.
V2 is just a piece of artwork with a logo.
