Well then, let me start off by saying I relize that there is an actual BB game, but frankly, I don't give a damn, it would be amazing if done as Arkham Asylum. End of story.

And huge props to CaptainJack of the eidos forums for the Begins rendition of the suit, (Front) it's infact a texture hack done of the suit in the demo of AA.

I like the attempt, but there are a couple of thinks I might suggest improvements for.

For presentation, I think the 'shine' effect across the covers is actually too bright, it really distracts away from your work.

The Batman Begins logo isn't great - see if you can make it a bit more similar to The Dark Knight logo and make a little more subtle.

Regarding the text on the rear, it seems a little big too blocky, and there should be a way you can mould the screenshots around it, or warp the text around the image of Batman's face you have.

I won't "rate" your box, but I'd love to see what you do with TDK material.
