#5, kage is the general title of Hokage, each city has an kage, and Fallen Leaves City's is called the Hokage

in the shonen jump edition of january next year they will show naruto shippuden manga first time in english.

#17, There are 220 episodes of original Naruto. The episodes based on the manga by Masashi Kishimoto span episodes 1-135, I think, and from 136-220 are fillers that are original storylines, and usually bad ones. Naruto Shippuden so far has like 80 episodes..methinks, or something like that.
Watch all 135 episodes of Naruto before watching Shippuden or else you won't understand it. Naruto gets to its best around the Chunin Exams finals arc.
